In LOOMIS we are aware that our business management has to be in line with the needs and demands of society and, therefore, the company declares its commitment to the establishment and development of policies that integrate equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, without direct or indirect discrimination based on sex, as well as the promotion and encouragement of measures to achieve real equality within our organization, establishing equal treatment and opportunities between women and men as a strategic principle of our Corporate and Human Resources Policy. All this in accordance with any legislation in force on equality.

 

The company assumes the commitment to guarantee equal opportunities and treatment of women and men in the company through the elaboration of an Equality Plan. For this reason, it has promoted the constitution of the Equality Plan Negotiating Committee, formed, on a parity basis, on the one hand, by the persons designated by the company's Management, and on the other hand, by the persons designated by the legal representatives of the workers.

We face the negotiation and subsequent implementation of the Equality Plan as a modernization of our business management system that will undoubtedly produce an internal structure and relations with society in which our actions are free of discrimination based on sex, contributing to progress towards a society in which equality is real and effective.
